Details of the appointment status :

Initiated:
Payment is complete and Appointment has been initiated with doctor.

Pending:
Appointment has been sent to doctor for his review. Although your booking is Confirmed

Reject:
Unfortunately Doctor is unable to honour the appointment and got Rejected. Please cancel and claim the refund.

Approved:
Appointment is approved by the clinic.

Once the online consultation is over, Doctors may or may not provide prescription. You can click on Rx button onyour appointment to view the details.

Cancel:
Appointment is cancelled and any payment made is refunded.

Payment Pending:
Payment is not completed, Appointment is not booked.
It is possible that user has cancelled during payment screen.
